“Privacy Policy”

One of the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is that insurance agents/brokers disclose their specific privacy policy.

VBS is dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality of information obtained from our clients and their employees.  This includes information from applications and/or enrollment material as well as that received from outside parties.

We have established procedures within VBS to protect all such personal information, and any disclosure relates specifically to insurance functions as permitted by the Gramm-Leach act.
