To maintain strong relationships and resolve issues quickly, our clients are assigned a dedicated Client Manager who is responsible for all service needs. Our Client Managers have an internal service support team to assist them so their attention can be directed to you. Anything other than exceptional customer service for our clients is not acceptable.
Service responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- HR Support
- Billing audits
- Claims Administration
- Deduction spreadsheets
- Customized Employee Communication
- On-Line enrollment / termination support
- General supply requests - forms, directories, enrollment kits
- Preparation of "Benefit Binder" for plan administrators as a reference tool
- Help organize open enrollment meetings and new employee enrollment meetings throughout the year
